HOW TO FIND MILL DENE GARDEN

The village is 25 minutes from Junction 9 on the M5, or 3 miles from Moreton-in Marsh railway station (direct line from London, Paddington) and only a couple of hours maximum from central London by car or coach.

By rail: Moreton in Marsh is the nearest station (London -Paddington is two hours away). Then taxi from the station or catch an occasional bus (Number 21/22) from Moreton High Street..

By road: A44 from Moreton in Marsh or Broadway to Bourton on the hill. Take the B4479, signed to Blockley. Follow the brown tourist signs to MILL DENE GARDEN and take the first left behind the village gates. CLICK HERE for instant directions from your starting point.

PARKING AT MILL DENE GARDEN

We have room for 12 cars at Mill Dene but are often full, particularly in spring and summer, but we do have alternative arrangements - please look at the signs by the entrance when you arrive.

Coach Drivers and Tour Leaders

There are specific instructions for coaches:  It is essential that your guide or driver rings us 10 minutes before arrival so that we may guide the traffic round your coach while your passengers de-bus on the corner of School Lane and the B4479. Your passengers then walk the 50 yards down to Mill Dene getting lovely views of the garden etc.
